Hi! Yeah, I’ve got a bike and a baseball bat, and last month kinda showed me how fucked I would be if I kept going with just a baseball bat, so. I appreciate you keeping an eye out for me.

I need to work out the logistics first with Shiro and whoever’s actually got the supplies, but if you’ve got any ideas about protection from monsters I’m all for hearing it. I do not wanna get fucked up by a monster again.

A baseball bat isn't a bad start. Do you have any experience with guns? I made a guy a baseball bat/rifle hybrid once. I could make you something like that if you want.

I figured that'd be the case. I know him and a guy named Mako are working on that. I'm a bit more the direct approach kind of person. I shoot and slice until they fall down. The best thing I can suggest is that we don't travel alone while doing deliveries like this.

No sense in any of us getting killed trying to play hero by ourselves.

I could! One of my housemates set up a little shooting range in the back yard of our place. Mostly just water balloons filled with pain on a board. But it's a good place to get started.

And, hey, I used to be a paper boy, I had these baskets on the back of my bike, they went beside the wheels and I kept the papers there—you oughta get something like that, but for medical supplies and food and shit. [He pauses after a moment.] I guess you could rig up a wagon to the bike too, but personally I don’t recommend it, it’d slow you the fuck down.
